Master the Kieslect Actor: Smartwatch Guideline for You

For Kieslect, our ultimate goal is to make Kieslect Actor your daily digital companion. According to users’ feedback, we’ve identified the areas users find most challenging and provide clear recommendations for a seamless Kieslect Actor experience.

Can’t Receive the Notification of Other Applications, Messages and Calls?

a.For iOS: Find [Settings] in your phone-turn on [Bluetooth]-Find the correct watch you used, click on [ⓘ]-turn on [Share System Notifications];
b.For Android: Click KS OS to find [My]-click on [Guide on how to keep App running in the background]-choose the correct brand of the phone, follow the instructions to set the system;
1.Click on KS OS to find [Device]-click on [Notification Management]-turn on [Sync phone notifications]-choose the application which you want to receive the notification-click on [Allow notifications] for it;
2.When using, the watch and the phone must keep connected, the status of Bluetooth can be checked in the drop-down control centre. When the outer circle is white, the watch is not connected to the phone. If it is blue, it indicates that the two devices are connected, and the watch can receive phone notifications and synchronize data;
3.If it still doesn’t work, please check whether the application you used is allowed to send notifications. If you turn on [Do Not Disturb] in your phone, you will not able to receive any notification;
4.If you turn on [Do Not Disturb] in your watch, you will not able to receive any notification.

Notes for Workouts

1.App: Turn on KS OS to click on [Exercise], choose a specific sport, click on [Start] to start the exercise, and the watch will enter the Exercising interface simultaneously;
2.Before being customized, the down button can be clicked to quickly select the type of exercise. Choose one outdoor exercise and wait for 2-3 seconds. As Kieslect Actor vibrates and the words “Begin Exercise” appear, the GPS is ready. Then you can click the screen to start exercising;
3.When the watch is connected to the phone, use KS OS to start Exercise, the watch will jump to Exercising mode simultaneously;
4.When not connected, use watch to start Exercise, and connect the watch with the phone, the workout data will upload to the App;
Note: When using GPS positioning, it is necessary to keep more than five meters away from the obstruction(such as high-rise buildings, elevated structures, large trees, etc.); b. When doing outdoor sports, the distance calculation will be more accurate when GPS is turned on, and the trajectory is recorded only when GPS is turned on.
